Well you can't just request here. You can get a rating. By me! I rate like this:

Novice-You're just starting. Expierimenting with filters and learning the tools. At here you probably look for lighting and depth in the dictionary. You're expierimenting with gradient maps and layers. Keep practicing!

Moderate-You know how to use most of the tool now. You're starting to add flow, lighting, depth, and gradient maps. This is where you start to get a bit creative.

Intermediate-You know how to use all the tools by now. You've got flow, lighting, colors, depth, layers, all that done. There's just always something little or little bits of things that make it fall from pro.

Pro-You're the best. You've got all the things down. Lighting, depth, colors, gradient maps, flow, layers, brushing, creative backgrounds, text...All of it! Nothing ruins the tag. It's amazing.

I will rate low/solid/high.
